For the time in over 40 years, the series will be filmed on a closed set with a small invited audience.

This major change will ensure the safety of guests and production while allowing viewers to still get their fix of Antiques Roadshow.

Presenter Fiona revealed she “couldn’t wait” to get started on the new episodes of Antiques Roadshow.

Commenting on the shake-up, Fiona said: “Normally we welcome around 5,000 people to each Antiques Roadshow, but of course in these extraordinary times we will have to do things very differently.

“We’ve come up with a new way to safely film the show yet still bring you amazing items and stories. I can’t wait to see what treasures you have hidden in your homes.”

Robert Murphy, BBC Studios Series Editor, added: “To keep everybody safe and comply with current government and WHO regulations we have planned our filming days very differently this year.

Harley Quinn season 3 release date: Will there be another series of Harley Quinn?

Harley Quinn was first brought to life in the self-titled animated series at the end of 2019 and quickly became a huge success. The DC Universe show then returned for a second and supposedly final series in April and is now finished. However, many fans are now wondering if the cartoon will return for a third season after all.

WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Harley Quinn season 2.

When Harley Quinn first started, she was newly single after splitting up with Joker and looking to make her own way in the world.

Determined to become the ultimate queen of crime, she stuck around Gotham City and caused mayhem.

During this time though, she had developed a deep and meaningful friendship with fellow anti-hero Ivy.

At the beginning of series two, Harley had found herself once again in Arkham Asylum and despite not liking the idea of Ivy getting married to Kite Man, she wanted to be there for her.

So in the final episode, Harley escaped the asylum to ensure the day went off without a hitch.

  • Power showrunner reveals Tommy reunites with Tariq

At the same time, Commissioner Gordon was eager to carry out one of the biggest crime busts in history with plenty of villains gathering at the wedding.

This gave Harley and Ivy time to catch up and talk about the latter finally tying the knot with Kite Man.

However, Ivy soon realised she was once again putting everyone else’s feelings before her own.

She did not want the quiet suburban life Kite Man had not promised her, so she ran out on her wedding.

Season two ended with Ivy and Harley reunited and driving off into the sunset together.

Will there be another series of Harley Quinn?

Harley Quinn was originally commissioned by DC Universe to create a total of 26 episodes.

The creators of the show split this in half to make two seasons of the animated series.

Unfortunately, no more episodes have been commissioned by the network.

Therefore, for now, there will only be two series of Harley Quinn.

Rick and Morty theory: Is Evil Morty actually a Rick? [THEORY]
Doom Patrol cast: Who is the villain in Doom Patrol season 2? [CAST]
Avengers 5 theories: Huge character killed off following Iron Man end [THEORY]

Nevertheless, this doesn’t necessarily mean Harley Quinn won’t return in the near future.

DC Universe has neither renewed nor cancelled the show, so there is a chance it may come back.

Given the show’s huge popularity and glowing reviews online, there is a good chance there will be more episodes in store.

Before making any official decisions, DC Universe will first look at the statistics to analyse if Harley Quinn would be worth renewing.

  • Doom Patrol season 2: How many episodes are in Doom Patrol?

Usually, channels can take around a few months before deciding on a show’s future.

As it has only been a couple of weeks since the finale aired, fans may be waiting a while.

The creators of the show are not even sure what’s going to happen next as writer and producer Justin Halpern told

ComicBook: “We’re in a position now where DC Universe is trying to figure out what it wants to do with the show.”

So while it’s not definite Harley Quinn will return, there is still the possibility of a renewal.

Harley Quinn is available to watch on DC Universe.

'Big Brother' at 20: Julie Chen Recalls Most Shocking TV Moments

From love and “showmance” to knife-wielding threats, evictions and stolen toothbrushes, Big Brother is celebrating 20 years on air! To mark the milestone, the CBS reality series’ longtime host, Julie Chen, reflected on the show’s most shocking moments, admitting that she never envisioned the longevity of the gig.

“Everyone hated Big Brother season 1,” she recalled during an interview with ET’s Kevin Frazier. “The critics hated it. They hated the show. It wasn’t Survivor.”

“They hated me — I wasn’t [Survivor host] Jeff Probst,” Chen continued. “I wrote it off. I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m not too crazy about it either.’”

Twenty-one seasons and 289 houseguests later, the drama continues, and ET has continued to document the fun and scandal from day one — back at the original Big Brother house, which had chickens and a pool!

Of course, it’s what went on inside the house that captivated viewers the most, and Chen recalled how the love lives of the houseguests grabbed viewers’ attention from the beginning.

“Season 2 Big Brother is the place that the word ‘showmance’ was coined,” Chen said. “I mean, we’ve had, I think, more marriages than The Bachelor at this point!”

Indeed, only three of ABC’s leading Bachelor stars are married, while Big Brother has ignited four marriages — like Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas, who were one of the more controversial Big Brother couples. “They’re married, they have kids. I think she’s expecting another child,” Chen said.

While the housemates made their own headlines, Chen found herself earning the nickname “Chenbot.”

“I think it was season 2 or 3 — I went on the website that spliced together every opening of me saying, ‘But first, but first, but first, but first,’” she recounted. “I burst out laughing in my office. I said, ‘Oh my god, I am the Chenbot.’”

As for the twists that have shocked her the most, Chen said having twins on the show, and a brother and sister who didn’t know they were related, stands out after 20 years.

There was also the moment when Justin was evicted from season 2 for holding a knife to Krista’s neck, and the time Shannon stole Hardy’s electric toothbrush — and scrubbed the toilet with it!

Bill Turnbull: BBC Breakfast host opens up on heartbreaking loss ‘I cried myself to sleep’

Bill Turnbull, 64, debuted his latest venture last month, a new podcast where he speaks to fellow animal loving celebrities about their furry friends and how they’ve impacted their lives. Paws and Claws has allowed him to take his own trips down memory lane and in the latest episode, he recalled the first time he lost his beloved pet dog.

Even at 15 I cried myself to sleep that night because it was such a big deal

Bill Turnbull

In this specific edition, Bill was joined by radio presenter and dog lover Johnny Vaughan, who told him of the tales of his precious Ryder who had to be put down when he was eight-years-old and away at boarding school.

He recalled his mother had sent him a letter detailing the terrible news which left him heartbroken.

But Bill had a bone to pick: “At least she told you that, Johnny!”

The radio host admitted he’s “held it against” his mum ever since, but the BBC Breakfast stalwart had more to his own story.

  • Bill Turnbull addresses ex co-star ‘Must secretly be in love with you’

“My first dog lived until I was 15, which is amazing,” he said.

He continued to detail a time where he went to Germany for a couple of weeks when he was younger, to learn the language before taking his A-Levels.

But a shock was waiting for him when he arrived home.

“Got back [home], there’s no dog in the bed,” he remembered.

Johnny gave a sympathetic sigh because he knew what was coming next.

“There’s no dog in the bed, she didn’t tell me,” Bill explained his mum’s choice to keep the news from him so as to spare his feelings.

“And the worst thing was, I didn’t ask her!”

His guest seemed a little stumped by what appeared to be a lack of enthusiasm for his pet, until Bill’s next emotional admission.

He continued: “I just noticed the dog was gone and that was it.

“Even at 15, I cried myself to sleep that night because it was such a big deal.”

Bill went on to note that the first pet you have is likely to be the most important.

“The first dog is maybe the most important dog and you and I have a shared experience because we both went to boarding school,” he said to Johnny.

“I think I missed the dog probably more than anyone or anything else!”

  • Bill Turnbull reacts to tragic news with tribute ‘Never forgotten’

The host recalled he used to have dreams while he was away from home about being back playing with his dog and waking up upset and disappointed that he was still away.

And that’s probably something all animal lovers can relate to.

NCIS Los Angeles star Barrett Foa reveals season 11 finale is still unfinished

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Television production around the globe was hit with severe delays amid the outbreak of coronavirus. Before the cast and crew of NCIS: Los Angeles could complete the 11th season for CBS the US entertainment industry entered strict lockdown protocols. Comments from the show’s stars have confirmed filming still hasn’t continued.

Back in April 2019, the first highly successful spin-off of NCIS was renewed for an 11th season for CBS, with G. Callen (played by Chris O’Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) set to continue their Los Angeles adventures.

Unfortunately, as the action was starting to heat up ahead of the highly anticipated finale, coronavirus began to spread in March 2020 and production was postponed.

The cast and crew of the popular CBS thriller had finished work on this season’s penultimate episode, Code of Conduct.

Episode 20 has therefore served as the impromptu finale for the series, with further instalments set to roll over to the beginning of season 12.

  • NCIS season 18 spoilers: Delilah Fielding return confirmed by EP

However, devoted fans are still eager to witness the conclusion of the season and catch up with the team’s latest foe, Argento (Juan Riedinger).

Comments from one of the show’s main cast members, Barrett Foa, made just after the lockdown was put in place have confirmed no footage of the finale has been shot.

On TV host Andrew Freund’s YouTube channel, Barrett confirmed: “We did not shoot the finale. We did not shoot the finale of season 11.

“We stopped short, we did the penultimate episode of season 11. So, I think we did 20 episodes.”

As one of the most long-running NCIS stars, Barrett Foa is best known for playing Technical Operator Eric Beale since season one, and was introduced in the backdoor pilot of NCIS in season six.

While Barrett revealed most work on the season finale remains incomplete, the star was able to confirm the episode is ready to go once LA film and TV production can continue.

He continued: “The 21st episode, which was the finale, was written. We were about to shoot it, we even got the schedule for it. But then it all went down.”

Barrett was also able to tease an action-packed finale ahead for patient fans of NCIS.

The star added: “I know how it ends. It’s a really good script, too, I’m sad we didn’t shoot it.

“I hope we’re gonna get to do it at one point, it’s like waiting on my desk, waiting to be shot.”

More recent comments made by series co-lead LL Cool J also confirmed back in June that production on season 11’s epic conclusion is still at a standstill.

Speaking to Deadline, the rapper and actor said: “I haven’t heard yet. It remains to be seen what’s going to happen.”

  • NCIS season 18: Will Pauley Perrette ever return to NCIS?

He added: “I know that no shows in LA have gone back into production yet.”

Although filming restrictions have been lifted in some areas of North America, many television networks have opted to continue filming delays until the safety of their cast and crew is guaranteed.

The stars of one of CBS’ most popular shows seem to indicate it will be some time before fans will set eyes on the adventures of the NCIS team once again.

Coronation Street spoilers: Nick Tilsley’s new appearance baffles fans ‘What’s happened?’

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Leanne Battersby (played by Jane Danson) was seen rapping on Steve McDonald’s (Simon Gregson) door at the beginning of tonight’s episode of Coronation Street. But, as Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) chased after her in his dressing gown trying to calm her down as she asked for Steve to wake up little Ollie, viewers were dumbfounded by his appearance.

Leanne has been through hell and back on Coronation Street recently as she tries to come to terms with Ollie’s recent diagnosis.

After having two seizures, Ollie was finally diagnosed with having mitochondrial disease which is a life-limiting condition.

Last week, viewers watched as Leanne started lashing out at those closest to her, trying to convince them that she was the only one who really cared for Ollie.

Tonight, however, Leanne hit out at her sister Toyah (Georgia Taylor), who as viewers know, will never be able to have kids naturally.

  • Coronation Street spoilers: Battersby family torn apart in affair?

Leanne screamed that Toyah would never have to worry about going through what she was because she couldn’t have children anyway.

As the writers delve deeper into Leanne’s internal and external battles, it seems this is only just the beginning.

However, fans were left utterly perplexed by Nick’s appearance tonight.

In one scene he was a freshly shaven man with a short haircut, and in the next, he had a full beard and longer hair.

Fans immediately took to Twitter to discuss what was going on, and one said: “Wait – what on earth is going on with Nick? #CoronationStreet.”

Another said: “Nick #coronationstreet is freshly shaven at the start this evening, and a couple of hours later he has stubble and a mess of hair. #ITV.”

@itvcorrie,” asked a third,  “What’s going on with Nick #coronationstreet.”

And a fourth said: “In less than a minute Nick loses the grey and grows a beard! #coronationstreet.”

The tweets kept on coming though, with another adding: “Now she’s rewinding the full of corrie. Look at nicks beard, look how long Sally hair is@Mums_together #coronationstreet.”

The list goes on and on, however, one viewer knew exactly what was going on and explained: “So am I watching social distancing corrie tonight? Well done @ITV #coronationstreet #itv #staysafe.”

Coronation Street cast and crew went back to filming a couple of weeks ago after filming was halted when the UK was thrown into lockdown due to the current coronavirus pandemic.

This had meant that some scenes were all ready to go before the lockdown, but some gaps needed filling in after the 14-week break.

  • Coronation Street spoilers: Sally Metcalfe ‘attacked’ by Geoff?

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) finally opened up to Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) about the abuse she has suffered.

Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) went snooping later in the episode after he saw Sally hugging Alya Nazir (Sair Khan).

But, when Sally said she had been to see Yasmeen and knew everything, the atmosphere took a sinister turn, and Geoff lashed out at Sally.

However, after screaming in the woman’s face, Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) walked in, but has he finally seen who his abusive father really is?

Is this the moment Geoff’s disgusting behaviour is finally fully exposed?

Coronation Street airs on ITV Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7.30pm.

Big Bang Theory: Why was Howard’s mum killed off? REAL reason revealed

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Big Bang Theory originally aired on CBS and fans can revisit the episodes on E4. The series ran for a total of 12 seasons and focused on Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons) and his genius friends. Fans are wondering why Howard Wolowitz’s (Simon Helberg) mum was killed off, and has everything you need to know.

Why was Howard’s mum killed off?

Fans never got to see Howard’s mum on screen but she still played an important role in the series and became a popular character.

However Mrs Wolowitz (voiced by Carol Ann Susi) was killed off in season eight, and fans were sad to see her leave.

She had an iconic voice and was often at the receiving end of many of the jokes.

Mrs Wolowitz was written out of the series after season eight following Susi’s death.

The actress died in November 2014 at the age of 62 – following a battle with cancer.

  • Big Bang Theory cast: Who did Creagen Dow play in The Big Bang Theory?

The star was first introduced to the series in season one when the gang picks up Howard from his house.

Howard decides to bring his new girlfriend home and she ends up clashing with Mrs Wolowitz.

Howard lived with his mother for the majority of the series but fans only got to hear her voice.

Howard’s friends used to make fun of his mum’s iconic voice, even his wife Bernadette (Melissa Rauch).

In the season eight episode called The Comic Book Regeneration, Howard receives a call to say his mother had died.

Debbie Wolowitz had been staying with her sister Gladys in Florida when she died in her sleep.

Viewers and characters alike were shocked at the news, as she did not have any major health issues in the series.

The cast decided to let Susi’s character come to an end after the veteran actress died.

Her death came five days after her final voice appearance in the season eight episode called The Prom Equivalency.

Despite the fact she was never seen in the series, it is one of her most famous roles.

'DC's Stargirl' Season 2 Heading to The CW – Is the DC Universe Streaming Service Dying?

DC’s Stargirl is shooting for the stars, and landing at a new network. The DC Universe original is leaving the fledgling streaming platform for The CW, which has renewed Stargirl for a second season and will become the exclusive home for the breakout superhero series next season. Stargirl is just the latest series to abandon the fast-dwindling DC Universe, which is losing shows to HBO Max and The CW, in a move that may indicate that Warner Media is abandoning the short-lived DC-centric streaming platform.

Deadline reports that The CW has renewed Stargirl season 2 and taken on the exclusive in-season streaming rights for the superhero series starring Brec Bassinger. The episodes will air on The CW network and stream the next day on The CW’s free ad-supported streaming platforms.

Originally developed as a DC Universe original, Stargirl is cutting ties with the DC Universe digital subscription service and become a full-fledged CW series, joining the pantheon of CW superhero series like The Flash, ArrowLegends of TomorrowBatgirl, and Supergirl. Like the latter show, which started off as a CBS series before migrating to the CW, Stargirl will likely take advantage of the neat multiverse structure that the CW superhero series are packaged in, and take place in an alternate dimension from the other shows.

Deadline adds that going forward, Stargirl will not be available on DC Universe. The CW, which aired new episodes of Stargirl a day after their debut on DC Universe, found success with the series, drawing a solid viewership each episode of its first season, of which it’s currently halfway through. With this move, Stargirl is the latest series to quietly move off DC Universe, which only has one exclusive original series now: Titans. Others have been canceled, while others, like Doom Patrol, are shared with HBO Max. It’s clear that Warner Media is quietly killing DC Universe as a streaming platform now that it has HBO Max, which has become the hub for all things Warner Bros., DC, and various other properties it has acquired or licensed like Studio Ghibli and Friends. With Stargirl, which debuted to mostly positive reviews, leaving DC Universe, this could be the death knell for the streaming platform.

Stargirl is executive produced by Geoff Johns, who created the character in 1999, with Melissa Carter, who serves as co-showrunner. The CW’s Arrow-verse maestro Greg Berlanti also serves as executive producer alongside Sarah Schechter and Greg Beeman. In addition to Bassinger, the series also stars Luke Wilson, Amy Smart, Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker, Hunter Sansone, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson and Christopher James Baker. Stargirl currently debuts new episodes on DC Universe on Mondays.

DC’s Stargirl follows high school sophomore Courtney Whitmore as she inspires an unlikely group of young heroes to stop the villains of the past. This new drama reimagines DC’s Stargirl and the very first superhero team, the Justice Society of America, in an unpredictable series.
